Staging is much more affordable than your first price reduction!

Consultation

Everyone of my clients will start with this step. This can be a service all on its own (Pearl Level) or you can have me come back when you are ready and need more help.

After your consultation, I will make sure you have a clear plan of what to do next. Usually, this is when my clients decide they would like me to come back.

 

Cost:

$400 for the first two hours, which usually covers houses up to 3,500 square feet.

Larger houses may take more time.

Additional hours are available for $200/hr.

Photo Prep

After your consultation work is complete, I  come back to put the final finishing touches in place just before the photos are taken of your house. Realtors love when I help because better  photos help your house sell faster and for more!

 

Cost:

starting at $200—$250/hr

Only available to clients who have completed their consultation “homework”. Price depends on how many team members are required.

Minimum of 1 hour required.

Occupied Staging

During your consultation often plans include painting, pre-packing up of some personal items, or edit of items or excess furniture. Once that work is done, I will return with a team and we will look around and “shop” your house. We search for the right pieces of furniture, accessories, and artwork to stage each room of the house. Doing this allows us to save money by using your items you already have.

 

If you need more items (pillows, art, and other accessories) I can give you a list so that these things are available for our photo prep or if needed I can offer my shopping service to you.

 

You would be surprised at how the smallest details are taken care of as we finish each room. While some of these details are tiny, they can make a huge difference in the photos!

Price varies depending on how many team members are needed to complete the Staging in one day

Color Consultations

Picking the perfect paint color can be difficult. I can help with that! So many things need to be taken into consideration when choosing your perfect color; cabinets, hardwood floors, carpets, and so much more!  I can show the colors that sell your house.

 

Cost:
$200 for a one-hour session

$200 each additional hour

2 Hours of Power**

This was created especially for houses that have previously been on the market. This service is for sharp sellers who understand the importance of taking another approach before re-entering the marketplace. Two or more experienced Home Stagers will invaluably change the way your house comes across in the all important marketing photos. We will focus on the public spaces and master suite first, then the secondary rooms if time allows.

If you just repost the same old photos that didn’t catch the homebuyers’ eyes the first time how can you expect different results? Our goal is to have you photo ready at the end of our session!
